Treatment Plans

All treatment plans will be bespoke to your animal’s needs. Each condition varies from animal to animal and as such each case must consider the uniqueness of the patient. 

The premise of the treatment programmes will include (all or a combination of):

• Physical Exercises – to improve strength, stability, flexibility, balance, and proprioception

• Manual therapy – Including soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, massage, and myofascial release techniques 

• Electrotherapy – including ultrasound, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) (full list see Services)

• Hydrotherapy (UWTM) - for post-op. rehabilitation, injuries, osteoarthritis maintenance, endurance 

• Advice and guidance – management and environmental alterations to best suit the needs of your animal going forwards.
